I need advice, feeling weak?

Hi everyone!
I started training Muay Thai and regular boxing last week (this would be the second one) I'm training 4 times a week for around 1-1.5 hrs and I'm eating super healthy
(i think haha) i also have asthma and the last time i worked out was like 3 years ago (or more) I work 10 hrs a day sitting on a desk
. The trainings are pretty hard, even for the real fighters there you can see them getting exhausted. I wanted advice because I feel like this week I'm feeling way weaker than last week (1st one) my breathing is a little little better and I can take a little bit more without stopping but my body feels weak, as if it has no energy while last week I was stopping for air but super pumped, I love training, I really do, I feel like I'm obsessed already and hope to become a great fighter someday but you guys think it's normal that my energy went down and not up? During the day I have so much energy and have been sleeping great, I had 2 rest days last week as well.
Please let me know if it's normal and any advice would be much appreciated
Feel free to add me as a friend I'm new to MFP
Love to all
be happy! And happy journey everybody!

How many calories are you eating? Your deficit may be too high?1

You've suddenly gone from not working out to hard workouts 4 times a week.....
Maybe building up steadily/progressively (frequency, duration & intensity) would be better?
Eating "super healthy"?
Does that include an appropriate calorie amount that you have adjusted to fuel your new workout routine?3 -

THIS^^^^^^^^^^^ You have to be carefull when you begin a new activity. You can injure yourself. Eating "healthy" doesn't mean a thing for workouts. Watch your macros, and drink enough fluids.0 -
Have you tried caffeine or a preworkout before you go to class? If your class is in the evening, and you're feeling more tired by then, maybe you could see if there are training sessions in the morning when you're feeling your best.0

your body is spending a lot of energy recovering from the new activity, give it a few more weeks to adapt and I'm sure your energy level will get back to normal (and above).0
