    Hi!
Few questions- starting weight? height? calorie intake? have you lowered your sodium?

Sounds like you know what you're doing isn't healthy, so I'm not sure why you would ask if you're losing weight too fast?

You know it's bad but you're still doing it? You're damaging your body. Please speak with a professional.

Given you are only eating 190calories a day what else did you expect?

It is unsustainable to be eating only 190calories per day, you are heading into disorder territory.

Your health will be comprised, don't be surprised if your hair starts to fall out, fatigue will hit, likely won't be long before you start binge eating as your body cries out for food!

Dont even see the point in having a chat part on this thing because no matter what people post theres always people like you lot who just comment stuff to make everyone feel bad about what there doing trying too make them fail because your unhappy with yourself. If any of you even had a shred of knowledge or actaully even tried the diet before u throw ur words at me you would know the body can go a long time without food and my diet is safe.you all just believe what you read online or what you hear. @sijomial

Why are you asking whether you're losing too fast then? Isn't that why you're eating 190?
    To lose fast?

And why am I replying to a troll in the first place?

It is NOT safe. There are people here who have recovered from eating disorders where they ate 3 to 4 times what you are. You're risking muscle loss, hair loss, brittle nails, fatigue, irregular or missed periods, and a host of other health problems eating this low.

It isn't safe to eat only 190 calories a day, you are depriving your body of much needed nutrition. Your body will use not only fat for energy but lean body mass including the heart and other organs for nutrition when it is significantly deprived over a period of time.

Most of the 10lbs you have lost in the 4 days is water and having no (little) food in your digestive tract. Taking into account the above, you are losing to too fast.

Try upping your calories to 1300-1400 (or the amount MFP recommends). There will be a jump on the scale initially, just your water levels and digestive tract returning to normal, not a fat gain.

Try eating at that level for a while. If you are not happy losing at that calorie level talk to your doctor.

    Cheers, h.

I don't understand. So you realize that what you are doing is unhealthy with side effects that may be as severe as death but are doing it anyway, fine. But why have you made this thread in the first place? Aren't you starving yourself for the sole purpose of losing fast? Why are you asking if you are losing weight too fast then? That's either a troll move or you are looking for some pats on the back for your fast loss, which rest assured you won't get here.

Dangerous! You need to understand the consequences of what you are doing to your body. In essence you are sabotaging any chance of weight loss that stays off long term. The initial weight loss is water. Eat real food, consume no less than 1200 calories a day, and be sensible!! Talk about insanity!

Why did you even ask this, if you know you're starving yourself? Um yes. Yes, you're losing too fast. Because you're starving yourself.

No one is going to support a bad, dangerous decision. You need to show some respect to your body, you only get one.

Omg 190 calories! I have been in your shoes, but you'll get there! Don't limit yourself below 1200 you'll damage your metabolism plus other things! I've lost 2 stone over past two years I am now 8stone 7 and I'm 5ft5. Add me, I'll give you tips. You can do it, but do it safely! X
