Open diaries for inspiration on 1200

Just started today! Looking for anyone I can follow to get meal ideas and advice

I started at 1200-ish calories a day but I have upped it since then since I was feeling poorly. I think the first two weeks of my diary has some 1200 calorie days.0

My calories are around 1280 a day. Follow LCHF so won't appeal to all, but my Diary is open so feel free to have a nosey :-)0

I need to be close to that range just to maintain, so I know how tough it can be- I'm only 5'2, and at 60, calories find me instead of me finding them! My BMR is about 1146-1264, depending on the calculator.
I eat very thoughtfully- foods packed with nutrition and low calories; it's not about "dieting" so much as rethinking what and how to eat. My meals are all healthy but light and minimally prepared- whole grains, veggies, eggs and poultry, dried fruits, beans, brown rice. Olive oil, vinegars, lemon juice and herbs are part of my food preparation, I avoid sugar and starchy foods that aren't whole grain. No soda- seltzer or club soda.
The biggest challenge is eating out- lunch or otherwise, as it's hard to control what's in someone else's prepared foods. I rarely eat fast/processed foods, and if I do it's in places that offer very "clean" food. Sushi is a staple, but even then I'm careful on what and where because a roll can vary from 200-500 calories!
This isn't diet, it's lifestyle. I lost 60 lbs about 10 years ago and have mostly kept it off....when I eat clean, I'm good; when I forget, I gain weight quickly...so, here I am!
