Beginning yet again.

I keep trying and won't give up on myself.
I pray for strength to make this lifestyle change permanent. I cannot hurry and cannot look too far ahead. I freak out.

    Definitely don't try to rush it.
    Those who go for drastic calorie deficits don't make it more than a few days.
    Those who take it slow & steady stay on track and achieve their goals.

    one step at a time is all that is required regaurdless if it's forward or back . It's up to you to decide which way to go. And we'll be here to celebrate your successes and spur you on thru your ..........well your success is what is the focus.
