You can only purchase Shakeology in the U.S. and Canada right now...sorry.

That said, I LOVE IT! I drink it daily as either a morning or afternoon snack and have noticed:
1. Increased energy without caffeine (and I notice a definite drop in energy in the days I don't drink it)
2. Improved digestive health! This may be TMI, but I suffered from horrible irregularity even though I eat tons of veggies, drink water, water, water all day and get tons of fiber. After 2 months of Shakeology...REGULARITY!!!
3. I think the chocolate tastes fantastic.

The protein does come from whey, so if you are vegan or have a lactose issue, it will not be a good choice for you. There is, however, a vegan formula in the works.

I bought the Maxitone one. You can get it from Argos or the sports nutrition store. Also Holland and Barrett stock some of them and they are buy one get one half price until July 10th.

However, I don't like my strawberry maxitone sculptress shake much. It doesn't dissolve very well even after lots of shaking. Maybe I am doing it wrong? I prefer it with milk than with just water.

love love love shakeology it is super good and really healthy for you! you can buy it on ebay, which should work if your in the uk.
