Hi there all

While at uni and living away from home I lost weight healthily and I was becoming happier in my body and more confident. Now that I am back home for the holidays I have put on probably over half a stone and have never felt more depressed and angry with myself, this has lead me to binge and purge on a lot of bread, biscuits and cereals I am a vegan but I will be honest when I say most if not 90% of my binges have been non vegan which adds tot he guilt, so far I am on my second day purge free but personally feel I am yet to experience a binge free day. I feel that support from people going through the same really helps and motivatesme so that is why I ask for anyone who has KIK. I recently got a new phone which has the app and would like to use it to help me get back on track.
