I have searched, and maybe not the right key words.....but how does a woman get rid of "back boobies"? I'm losing some weight but still have them, and they annoy the crap out of me!

Just keep losing weight. You can't target where the fat will leave, but eventually you'll like the way your back looks if you keep at it.

I guess I should add - are you doing weights or resistance training of any sort? That will help how you look when you get down to your goal weight.1

Rowing exercises and working the back in general can help but it's genetics and you have to just lose weight! I have them too but I've seen improvements just from working the muscles as well as continued weight loss so there is hope.1

A good strength program should also help, along with the advice from cmriverside. That way when you do lose weight and the fat comes off of that area, it will look nice and defined b/c the muscle there will be strong and developed.0 -
Agreed with above. Just keep losing and strengthening. I didn't have them excessive but since losing as much as I have my back is beginning to have shape and I don't have much back there anymore.1

Agreed keep losing and strengthening. I have finally lost all of my back fat...now I am waiting for the tummy fat to disappear!! Patience is the key when losing weight!

I do some weights, not much, maybe once or twice a week. Just bought the resistance bands, hoping to give that a whirl. Thanks for all the advice!!!!1

You can also do body weight exercises....push-ups, planks etc.2

Lap swimming-- freestyle, sidestroke, backstroke. Helps reduce all over but I've esp noticed my back fat is almost gone and I have plenty left to lose!0
