    Oh no! I hope you feel better soon. Get some electrolytes such as Gatorade and water into you as vomiting and diarrhea causes dehydration.

    Detox/cleanse is 100% not necessary. Just eat your normal way tomorrow and you will be fine. :)

    I've had that too when I've overeaten...which is a reminder to watch the overeating.
