Cleanse/Detox day?

So I had my first cheat meal/food in 2 months earlier tonight, as for once I actually really just fancied it. Thing is, I didn't enjoy it much anymore, and I feel totally sick and bloated. All I want to do now tomorrow is have some kind of cleanse/detox day after putting crap in my body, and in turn feeling crap!
I've never done one before, so I'd appreciate any suggestions/ideas from anyone who's done a cleanse! I don't have a juicer so can't do a juice cleanse so I'm not sure what the other options are.
I also just want to make sure I don't pass out at work lol as I'm on my feet most the day. Thanks! X
Detox/cleanse is 100% not necessary. Just eat your normal way tomorrow and you will be fine.0 -
