Hi all 
I've always steered clear of calorie apps and bmi apps etc... Well, finally I thought I'd give it a go and see where improvements can be made (turns out, quite a few).
I knew id probably need to tweek a few habits but didn't realise how inaccurate my estimates were. (I feel like im just polishing a turd). I guess everyone gets the same surprise when they first start to log everything.
Oh well, give it a bit of time and hopefully I can make some improvements in the right direction and be happy with the results in the mirror.
