So much in need of help, tips, etc that can help me lose weight. I cant believe I am now 200 pounds, 63 years old and desperately want to lose 35 pounds. It seems impossible because I'm going through menopause. I am happy to be a part of this group and look forward to any help that's out there

I'm new to this app too. It's a bit scary seeing all the calories adding up and trying to see where I can adjust things. I think persistence is key and the results will show (hopefully I can keep track of it all. Hahaha)
