What macro percentages do you recomend for slight fat loss/muscle toning?

I follow keto. 75% fat, 20% protein, 5% carb2

Calorie deficit is what you need to lose fat. Exercise is for muscle along with a slight calorie surplus. Or you can eat at maintenance and try a recomposition (See here for more information http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10177803/recomposition-maintaining-weight-while-losing-fat )
I would suggest more protein something like at least 40C 30P 30F especially if your profile picture is what you are like now, and do a re-comp. Really more information is needed to give really detailed suggestions.1
