What are your mid-range goals?

I have 2 mid-range goals right now. My exercise accountability buddy is training for a 50k run this spring. She's half my age, more than half my weight and 10x in better shape than I am so I decided that I would do 1/10th of what she's doing and work up to a 5k hike. Also, I've always wanted to try snowshoeing and told myself that it wouldn't be feasible until I was under 300 lbs. I registered for an intro course that occurs in 17 weeks, so I have to lose 31lbs in that time frame.

What are yours?

That sounds awesome! I've already hit my midway weight with 25 pounds down, and 25 to go...this year my goal is to get at least halfway again and find my Zen. :)

I'm a beginning skier, and this year I want to be able to get up from a fall without having to unlatch my skis. The instructor last year was trying to teach me, and kept carefully not saying that it was more difficult because of my fat.

Also, I've stalled lately but only have 5 pounds to go to be overweight. I started this year at 35.7 BMI and would love to end it <29.9.

Trying to lose 4 stone overall, interim goal is to lose 2 by Christmas. I've already lost 1st 5.5lb, so only 8.5lb to go!

I gained 50 pounds this year from binge eating. I went from 180 (my goal), to 230. I am down to 210, so I've lost 20 pounds. I just hit my midway goal of being at a healthy BMI. My next goal is to get to 199, then 185 (my old goal), back to my original weight of 180, then I want to lose 10 more pounds to be at 170. From there I will join a gym and build muscle, cut, repeat until I am no longer skinny fat.
