Decided to Restart my Weight Loss and Diet Journey

Good Evening y'all I have decided to restart my Weight Loss and Diet Journey again as I feel I was getting no where and getting discouraged with all the work I've been doing and not seeing the results I though I would so I decided I need to change things up and so I will be heading back to the gym before work and start doing cardio and weights and also change how and what I eat on a daily basis and I'm also going to try and cut out sweets, cakes, cookies, and etc. I'm going to create a meal plan for me to follow at home and for work, and work towards drinking only water and no soda I've done it before so I know I can do it. Please feel free to add me as a friend. I really want to make this happen so I can start to feel good about myself.

    How was the plan you had to stop? Hot tip: Don't create your current plan over the same template.
