Sorry for the rant but I was just looking on the internet for some reviews of Jillian Michaels' Ripped in 30 and someone was saying "I'm affraid of doing it because I don't wanna bulk up". Seriously people, I understand a SLIGHT fear of bulking, but geez, have you LOOKED at Jillian? She CREATED the program and she is no body builder. You'll not be a body builder not even if you lift really heavy (unless you're on steroids), let alone doing a Jillian DVD...

equally annoyed by those comments.
I am actively trying to get more ripped- and it takes a LOT of work.
I'm like you people cant' even be bothered to put down your doughnuts- how the hell do you think you REALLY have the dedication to get actually big- and or ripped. That **** takes a LOT of work. It's comical how much work it takes compared to how much work people refuse to do to even just lose weight.
Seriously- it's laughable.0 -
Those internet people. HA-HA!0

I've been bulking for 35 years0

Aside from all the obvious "you're not going to get bulky" arguments, if you're in fear of looking muscular, maybe avoid something with the word "RIPPED" in the title?!0
