I am forcing myself to go slow, because thinking I'm going to do a lot has only kept my weight creeping up! My goal is a pound a week, small changes. So 10% of my weight is higher than that, so my goal will be 10 lbs.

Slow and steady wins the race! Take baby steps and try to make small changes you can incorporate into your life on a more routine basis. My journey has taken me 8 years (with a 2 year plateau and re-gain) I have managed to go from 219 to 130 now. It is through this process you learn new lessons and make changes for a better you. We can't be perfect, but just have to try our best.
Good luck to you, @hollysgolightly411!0 -
