Do you record your exercise and eat the added calories? If so is it still working for you?

Assuming you set your activity level on MFP at sedentary then yes, eat back your exercise calories (MFP has already calculated a deficit). You do need, however, to be careful with the estimates of calories expended during exercise, MFP and some cardio machines tend to be somewhat generous.0

I cycled 200km on Sunday (nearly 10 hours). My bike computer estimates I used about 5,000 calories. I ate a couple of thousand extra at most - how on earth would I eat 5000 ?!0
