Hello

ive used MFP for several years but never participated in the community section. So, here I am! MFP has helped me understand the best type of eating for my body type while keeping me accountable for what I eat. I've logged just over 1500 days in a row and have maintained a heathy body fat % while still making strength and fitness gains.
I look forward to meeting new ppl on here and helping others where I can.

    Great job on logging for so long! I have been on and off the app for years myself and find every time I stop the weight sneaks back up on me. It really is tough to gauge how much you are putting into your body if you are not keeping track of it.

    And I'll second the beautiful dog comment. I have a golden retriever and a pit mix. Super softy for dogs!
