Which works better at properly weighing you?

Both. You are looking at trends over time. A tape measure is another helpful tool.

Technically neither. A balance against known weights are the best. Dial and digital scales are basically identical under the skin. Balances are different and more accurate over time.
You are weighing yourself to the milligram right? Otherwise it doesn't matter.0 -
Doesn't matter. Make sure to use the same scale every time yout weigh yourself and do it around the same time.
I use a glass digital scale and weigh myself every other day at 7:30am.0 -
These scales are weird. I got a digital and I got an analog spring scale. My friend is the analog spring. The digital calls me five pounds heavier every time. I think I am going to take that digital to the Goodwill. But alas, that damn thing is consistent with the scale the doc weighs me on.
Tell me if this is weird. Whenever I get on a scale, I tighten up my stomach, kind of brace up you know, as if that is going to make me lighter. Weird eh?0
