Vanessa Minnillo is the complete package. As the host of ABC's True Beauty, Minnillo exudes inner radiance as she shows contestants that beauty starts on the inside. Of course, one glance at her toned, honed, might-as-well-walk-around-naked bod and it's pretty damn clear that she has outer beauty covered, too. That's why we asked the gorgeous and grounded Minnillo to road test our bikini workout. Follow her lead for look-at-me results and the confidence that comes with them.

Get swimsuit-slim!
Looking and feeling good in a bikini is as easy as 1-2-3. First, do cardio to shed fat; second, strength train to sculpt lean muscle; third, chisel flat abs. "When you move through this routine with short periods of rest, your heart rate soars, so you'll increase your calorie burn and see results fast," says Jeff Halevy, CEO of Halevy Fitness in New York City, who created the plan. Breeze through it three times per week on alternate days and you'll be strutting your stuff in the sand in no time!
Cardio Do four minutes of fast, intense cardio intervals. Research shows that when you go back and forth between periods of maximum effort and rest (known as Tabata intervals), it takes your body longer to recover, so you continue to scorch calories for hours after you've finished!
Sculpt Grab a set of 5- to 10-pound dumbbells and a stability ball. The toning moves are grouped into two circuits. Complete each circuit three times, moving quickly.
Abs Wrap up with the ultimate tight-tummy toner. Next stop: six-pack city!
