Looking to add more friends on here, currently lifting free weights and using the odd pullie system, would like to know how others are getting on with there progress, routines, food intake and just general like minded people, for me I'm using a three week cycle of high weight low rep, med weight and reps then lighter weight with high reps with superset's and dropsets in the mix. Food wise try and stick to a high protein med fat and low carb to try and shift some body fat while I build muscle. Get in touch all

    On cycle 3 of 531. Bulking to 210. 6k/day. To hit that, I eat everything in sight. Currently 198-200.

    I am lifting 5 days a week 1 body part per day. I do 15min cardio before and after Mon, Wed, Fir and Sat. 30 min HIIT Tue and Thu. I go heavy for the first 2 exercises the main lifts are in the 4-6 rep range. Then 2-3 assistant exercises depending on body part. these are in the 10-12 rep range.
