Those numbers seem off to me. A TDEE of 1132 is ridiculously low. MFP recommends a minimum of 1200 calories a day. You might want to re-evaluate. Try tdeecalculator.net, or mytdee.com and see what you get there.1

Unless you're around 4'6" and scooter-bound, your TDEE probably isn't 1132. You might want to check out several calculators and take an average of what they say.1

But is that correct
You would have to give us your stats for us to really know. As others have said, 1132 is almost impossibly low. But in general, your TDEE is where you would maintain your weight. Eat less than that and you lose weight, eat more than that and you gain. 900 calories is far too low for a grown woman to be eating.0 -
But is that correct
I highly doubt that is correct. The 1132 might be your BMR (the number of calories your body would burn while in a coma). Your TDEE includes all calories burned through movement, intentional exercise, even sitting on the couch will burn more calories than a coma. Use those calculators, plug in your stats (height, weight, age, gender, activity levels and that will be a beginning estimate of your TDEE. Once you have an acurate number for TDEE then yes add 500 for 1lb/week gain, subtract 500 for 1lb/week loss. Unless you are short, old, and sedentary, don't go below 1200 cals (I am 5'2", and in my 40s and can lose 2lb/week on 1600, as long as I stay active). It is difficult to meet the nutritional needs of your body with too low calories.0 -
It is correct that you add 500 to your tdee to gain a pound and subtract 500 to lose a pound and eat your tdee to maintain. I can't imagine someone having a TDEE that low though.0

But is that correct
I'm 99.99999% sure it is not correct. But who knows, as you haven't answered any of the questions you've been asked for anyone to give you any solid advice.
Plug your stats into MFP, select how much you want to lose per week, and eat the calories it suggests. Simple as that.0 -

4'11 and 93 your BMR would be around the 1140 mark
At sedentary you'd be closer to 1400 for TDEE
I'd suggest moving more, that's a low TDEE and doesn't allow much food0 -

My weight fluctuates so much I don't know how much I was losing maybe .5 pound a week at 900-1100 calories a day
That indicates 1150 - 1350 as maintenance then (only indicates, could well be more).
Do agree with @Sued0nim about moving more - having a new goal to replace the weight loss goal perhaps?0 -

Easiest way if you like your current portion sizes is to ditch the diet foods - "low cal / low fat / skinny suppers / low carb / lite dressings" etc and eat their normal equivalents. Whole eggs instead of egg whites.
Cook with oil and butter etc... Your fat intake seems very low - fat is essential, it's more a minimum goal.
Dairy items seem to be absent?
Beyond that it's very personal, I'm a snacker, some people prefer to increase portion sizes.0 -
my morning shake is 900 calories alone if I want it to be. Getting calories up is rarely an issue for anyone, but to Sijomials point fats are very important so I also looked at your diary. Adding a few simple items will accomplish the task easily.0

1200
Well I'd start off eating that, and keep a close eye on the scales. Can you do any exercise? You don't need to join a gym or kill yourself with cardio everyday. Start walking, this is all i do, and you can earn a couple hundred or more calories everyday depending how much you walk. You dont want to live on 1200 calories day forever do you? Start moving more0 -

Thank you all for the help I'm so confused about maintance calories and I worry about putting the weight back on and I don't wanna lose anymore
You wont gain eating at maintenance, you will maintain your weight. Most people have a weight range of a few lbs either way, the number on the scale never stays static, it goes up and down everyday.
Download a weight trending app, I use Trendweight. Happy scale for Iphone and Libra for Android, using one of these will help you not freak out if you see a higher number on the scale from one day to the next.
Maintenance anxiety is normal, you're going to have to bite the bullet and just do it! Going into maintenance should be a joyful, happy time, It's what most of us here are striving for.0 -
When you increase your calories, you may have a slight upswing of water weight. This is normal and will balance out. Set a range weight that you will be happy with (plus or minus 3lbs of where you are now). I agree that the weight trender apps are great.1

Well I'm 5ft and 68 years old and am maintaining happily on 1340 - 1500 a day so I think at 39 years old you should be able to at least eat the same even though you're an inch shorter than me. Don't starve yourself!1
