Hi
I was just wondering if there are any keen cyclists out there who could tell me which areas of the body cycling tones the most?
Thanks
Lucy

Your quads, calves and glutes will get the most work, particularly the quads. If you're mountain biking the arms too to some extent.0

Thanks for letting me know. I will mainly be road cycling, so not sure if the arms will get too much work!0

What hmoffatt said. When I was going cycling along trail paths, I found it was really toning my glutes, quads and calves up - I have a hybrid bike. A friend of mine has a road bike and his legs are very muscley! I think it's the pace that helps. :-)0
