Hello everyone i just want to know what is the best training regimen during intermittent fasting?
Do you recomnd upper body 2 days a week with 2 days a week of lower body and 2 days of HIIT a week?
Or maybe circuit training 3 times a week, with 2 Hiit cardio days?
With good macros and clean eating obviuosly!
Thanks friends need your help!

Training is completely independent to your eating pattern of choice. Train how you want, eat how you want. Also "clean" eating is a BS phrase and means nothing.
If you want to lose weight, eat in a deficit. If you want to gain weight, eat in a surplus. It really is that simple.1 -
Eating clean... meh.
Which IF protocol have you decided to do? This may or may not effect the way you want to train.
Train in a fashion that will help meet your goals. Decide why you are exercising and moreover set specific strength training and cardio goals to reach that goal..1 -
You're thinking about this way too hard. Intermittent fasting can be effective with any training split. 5 days, 3 days, upper lower, push pull, or just walking 7 days a week. Find a split you like regarless of IF and run with that.1
