Skinny fat

Hey guys,

I'm 172-3 cm, 65kg and of slim build. I've always found it hard to stick to fitness/diet plans because while I'm not where I want to be I'm at a good enough level that it's very easy for me to say "ugh why am I even doing this" instead of pushing on when things get hard.

I'm super open to tips for weight loss/toning for someone who doesn't have a lot of weight to lose, as I find that while my bigger friends drop kg's fast it always takes me ages. Also anyone just in the same boat!
