I am 42 years old, 5'3 and weigh 185lbs. I've been doing 90 minutes of cardio on my treadmill the last 4 weeks and I eat about 1000 calories a day (I'm not hungry). I haven't lose a pound. I have gained 2lbs. HELP!WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

Ditch so much cardio, add in lifting heavy weights and eat more.
Doing so much cardio and eating so little will not help you. It will increase your muscle loss which you don't want to have happen.
You need to increase your calorie intake... you need to start lifting some weights.
DO you properly track your food? DO you use a kitchen scale to measure your food? Or do you eyeball it? Do you keep track of your sodium? Do you drink enough water? Do you eat a lot of packaged, processed foods?0
