Pure Barre

So I went to my first Pure Barre class yesterday and I almost died. So I'm going back again today. =) The goal is for the next month is to go 4x a week and do level 2 Yoga 2x a week. I felt so sore and was nauseated after the PB class yesterday. Please say it gets better.

I can't figure out how to log this in my exercise. Any ideas?

    Isn't it similar to pilates? I would choose that in the exercise database, or perhaps "Dancing, aerobic, ballet or modern, twist."

    MFP will probably overestimate your calorie burn, so I'd start by eating about 75% of those calories back.
