Hey everyone,
So, I'm on day five of working on being healthier and kinder to myself. I got up early and worked out each day! And it's dumb how much better I feel already. I have only lost a couple pounds, but I feel more confident and prettier even without any actual physical change.
I wish I could bottle this and save it for when I get discouraged later. Anyway, for any of you struggling today - just remember how great it feels to move your body and fuel it with healthy food. Don't get discouraged and don't be too hard on yourself. This is about being happy, strong, and healthy. Not miserable.

Congratulations on your efforts. Losing a couple of pounds in five days is excellent. You must be working hard.
This confidence and feeling pretty is what we call "non-scale victories". Copy this post and put it someplace so you can pull it out when you get discouraged. This is a good thing you are doing for yourself!1
