Trying to lose those last 5 lbs

Hey everyone!

I have always lead a pretty healthy lifestyle, but I have been determined to get in the absolute best shape of my life.

It started in April where I decided to get serious on my running. I started off only being able to run about 2 miles continuously, but I am now able to get 5 miles in no problem!

I went into this at 163 lbs and am now down to 156! However, I still would like to get to about 150 lbs.

Anyone have any useful tips to lose 5 lbs?
