A stone is a British weight measurement that equals 14 pounds. So 6.7 stone would be 91 pounds.

Enter your stats into MFP along with how much you wish to lose and it will give you a calorie goal.

I'm 10 stone 4lb. I know how that looks and feels. Saying I'm 144 pounds makes me have to calculate stuff. bob knows what that all is in KG, possibly 66?

inches, miles, lbs, stones and calories are imperial measurements - cm, km, kgs and kilojoules are metric measurements different for each country around the world
roughly 6.5kg to 1stone and 4.2 kilojoules to 1 calorie
MFP lets you choose which measurements you use

There are dozens of articles on the MFP Help/FAQ pages, which answer nearly all frequently asked questions and provide step-by-step instructions on how to use MFP.
