Tape measurement questions?

Hi guys,

I've decided to stop using the scale and I started using the tape measurements. I measure my thighs, hips, wasit, biceps, and neck. However, I'm wondering how often I should measure?

Also, I noticed that my waist changes on a daily basis. One day my waist is 29" and the next day it's 31". I realize there are factors such as bloating, water weight, etc. that contribute to this, but how can I get an accurate measurement of my waist if the number keeps fluctuating?

Measure every day first thing in the morning for the first week or two. Then set a day that you weigh and measure regularly.

Example; Measure daily for the first 2 weeks, then measure and weigh yourself every Monday.

Note: Make sure you are weighing and measuring on the same day & time.

I usually measure first thing in the morning around 5 or 6 am, then weigh myself afterwards. I understand times vary for people, just find a time that works for you in the morning before you do anything and stick to it. Your body burns fat from multiple areas, so you'll be able to tell while monitoring, where your body is burning fat from the the most area by area.

Feel free to message/add me if you like. Always glad to help!

    Have a great weekend,

Once per month. And I'd use your morning waist measurement, after you use the restroom. If you lift weights, I would measure before you lift as well.
