I'm 5'7 190 lbs and need help lowering my blood pressure and losing 30lbs! Any advice diet? That is what I struggle with. I enjoy walking 3-4 miles a day. Help!

Use myfitnesspal to track your intake.
Monitor what your bodyweight does over a 2 week period.
Compare your daily intake (average it out) to your bodyweight and adjust your intake accordingly.
If you are not losing weight, make a slight reduction to calories.
If you are losing weight at a reasonable pace, keep things the same.
If you are losing rapidly and ALSO having trouble adhering to diet due to hunger, consider making a small increase to calories.2
