Hi guys

(Super Gross)

Are u guys having bowel movements everyday? If so, what are u eating. I have to take stool softness and salt water flush. Mag 07 gives me a lot of gas make my stomach hurt all day and constipate me.

    Yes she said add more fiber I've done that nothing

    Have a glass of warm water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Bananas, cucumbers, and guavas help. Also, ensure you consume at least 3 litres water every day. These tricks usually work for me.
