Hello all! I just want to thank all the mfp members who consistently recommend weighing food and accurate logging.... two months down and I've lost 17 pounds! My goal is set at 2 lbs a week and though not every week is good, the trend over the past two months is on target! Buying a digital food scale has been my best investment so far in my weight loss. I'm so grateful I took the advice from the community and starting weighing food!!! It works. Anyone out there thinking they don't need to, trust me that I've tried this before but was not so successful without the food scale. Anyhoo just wanted to say thanks! ❤️

Whoo hoo, congrats! Just remember that depending on how much you end up losing, you may want to recalculate your allowed calories for loss in the future. n____n If it stalls again, recalculate. Your body will be using less energy to move the lighter you around [ie, burning less calories by just existing, TDEE will naturally lower].2
