So I tried billy blanks tae bo classic yesterday. I found it challenging, but I found i could do it. However, all day afterwards, one of my legs was really sore/tight. when i woke up this morning, that feeling had spread to my entire body. I normally do a cardio work out for an hour every day, and I work on my feet. I never experience soreness like this. Is this normal? I can barely move, and i'm sore and stiff like i fell down the stairs.

Yes, it's normal. If it's sore you got a good workout! I like Icyhot or some other form of muscle relaxation cream and it will make it all better and you'll be ready to workout again. If it is too uncomfortable for you maybe do it every other day or twice a week with other things on days in between.

Definitely normal. I used to do those videos a while back. Definitely a GREAT workout. Definitely you will be sore for a few weeks. Try a eucalyptus bath with epsom salt for muscle relaxation.

Its normal, you just used muscles that you have never used before and the soreness comes on. Youll be fine, like the people above have said those are good for relaxing muscles and getting yourself acclimated to it. Epsom salt is great, take a break between days of doing it, maybe 1 or 2 rest days a week, do some light hatha yoga or stretching.

Also protein (also has bcaas) from shakes or your meals is good for recovery.
