You should be eating at least 1200 calories per day. 500 calories is not enough to provide your body with the nutrients it needs, especially if you are burning 800 calories per day for exercise. I would actually say that if you are going to exercise like that you need about 1500-1700 calories per day. Starving yourself by eating 500 calories and exercising is going to destroy your body and your health.4

Please post your height, weight, age, any medical problems, goal weight, and MFP's recommended intake for you being in maintenance and sedentary.
Also open your food diary snd let us know if you are using a food scale, cups and spoons, or just guessing your portion sizes.
We need some information to help you.
Meanwhile- eat a meal (No one should eat -500 calories a day), and start reading the stickies at the top of this sub-forum.
Cheers, h.4 -
This^
Before you do any exercise you body needs calories just to be alive and this can't be less than 1200 calories a day.
According to your height and weight you usually burn more calories than this.
If you add exercise it comes as extra calories burnt. You also need to add your usual activity.
According to your goal mfp will give an amount of calories of 1200 minimum and exercise calories are supposed to be eaten back.
Mfp has already calculated the deficit you need to lose weight.
What you are doing is extremely dangerous.1 -
I'm scared to put on the weight back on though if I eat more0

No I wasn't I've never been on here0

This strikes me as trolling. Not sure I believe anyone would eat like that and then ask an internet community for advice on how to lose weight. I think this is likely flame baiting so I'm going to ignore it. If you think this is real get into it but I'm not even sure what to say to someone who nets negative calories other than to suggest they seek professional psychological help.6

Wtf it real it's been screenshot my daily intake how could I lie0

You should seek professional help for your eating disorder. Good luck to you.2

I'm not under weight though that's the thing I'm healthy weight to get professional help0

You're not going to get the body you want starving yourself further. If you still feel you need to lose weight when you're starting to get close to being underweight you may need to consider gaining muscle and losing fat.
Please look at a few pictures of body fat percent at same weight and change your mindset as you're heading towards an unhealthy place which will not make you look how you think it will.

Look at the picture with the girl at 56kg then at 62kg and you'll see what I mean.0 -

You don't have to be under weight to get help. You have a disordered attitude towards eating and your self-image.
You are at a healthy weight. You said it yourself but you willingly want to get down to being underweight. That is disordered.3 -
Make an appointment with your doctor and share with them what you want and how you are trying to accomplish that then ask them for a referral to help you work through whatever problems you are having that would lead you to self-harm.
That is all I have to say about that diet.3 -
You don't need to be underweight to have an unhealthy relationship with food and a fear of gaining weight if you eat at a reasonable level. 500 is not even close to enough calories. You need to increase to 1200 and on top of that eat at least half of the calories you burn from exercise. If you can't make yourself reach 1200 calories due to fear then you need professional help.3

My fat is really low it's 12% and my muscle around about 40%0

Be careful of undereating. Your body detects a famine and your metabolism slows down. Therefore affecting your weightloss efforts. Eat small regular nutritious meals and keep your engine revving like a V8.0

And you've been to a professional who has said this? You're not just guessing by looking at a picture? As you may have a disorder making you think and see something completely different, thus fueling this want to lose weight in an unhealthy manner.
I really think you need to speak to a professional ASAP!1 -
I've done that before with low carbs I didn't work0

Talk with your Doctor, explain to them what you are doing and ask for help.2 -

That's fine. The only person who can really help you is you and that first step you need to take to being healthier is to go to your local GP/Doctor and tell them what you've been doing and what you want to do.
They will probably run some tests, give you some good advice and refer you to a specialist.1 -
Mfp would never give you under 1200 calories a day because it is unhealthy to go under.
Where 500 a day coming from?
Your goal of 2 pounds a week is for obese people not for you.
You should aim for a low calorie deficit and your goal should be maybe 0.25 to 0.5 pound a week maximum.
Try to be reasonable and aim for the calories alloted by mfp or seek professional help.
