Hello all,
I just had my RNY surgery on 10 October 2016. I am looking for active support on line. I am about two hours from the closest support group. I would really love to be able to attend a local group but at this time it looks like I might need to depend on online support a bit more. I decided to go ahead and keep seeing my local nutritionist each month and journaling daily to keep on track.
