Losing 200 Pounds

I'm 49 years old and weigh 338 lbs.

I'm in the process of losing 200 pounds...ISO other men and women who, like me, have 150-200+ pounds to lose. (or who have lost it)

Looking to share the journey...ideas, strategies, experiences, support, humor...etc.

I'm hoping for a successful journey and I know I can't do it alone!

    Hi, my name is Amanda, when I started out in April I weighed 307, I have lost 32 lbs so far, my goal is to lose 125-130 lbs. I know I have a long journey ahead of me, the first couple weeks were hard,as I adjusted my calorie intake, but it is easier now. I am determined to keep working hard to make a difference in my life..... NEVER GIVE UP!!!!! Feel free to add me

    I have lost 201 pounds so far. It's been a difficult but very rewarding journey. I'm getting closer to my goal weight. I'm 6-0 in height. Just try to stay motivated to live healthy.

    Hi I just started yesterday and looking for friends to keep each other motivated! I'm looking to lose 123 pounds. I weigh in at 253 lbs. Its somewhat depressing but I'm determined to lose weight and become healthier.

    Hi - I joined in April & I've lost 35#'s already! I log everything I eat & try to do some exercise - usually swimming or hiking - at least 30 minutes every day. My diary is open & I don't mind comments & questions on what I eat. I try to eat healthy foods & I don't have massive cheat days. It was all about portion control for me & MFP helps me with accountability. I started at 326# & my goal is 135 and I am super motivated to reach my goal by Christmas 2014 or sooner!     Hi!! You can do it. I started at 370 and I am now at 181. the goal i have is to hit 150 but i was doing some math and have decided i want to be 148.....60% weight loss at that number :D I'm almost there. have faith and work hard!!!
