Depression and weight loss

So last fall I got really depressed and lost about 26 lbs very quickly. Down from about 190-174, I'm 5'11'' F. I've since gained 5 back. Feeling better mentally. But physically not so good. Last year I was tracking my calories throughout and was only eating 1200 or less a day due to the depression and anxiety. I realize now that I lost a lot of muscle mass and feel very weak now, not who I used to be strength-wise. Prior to the weight gain due to meds I'm taking, I was an athlete and marathon runner, so I'd like to be able to run again someday.
My goal is to get physically stronger but I'd also like to continue to lose this med-induced weight that I've put on. But the physical strength comes first. I've no idea how to get stronger... I've been walking and did some walk/jogging but lost motivation when I realized how weak I am. I go to yoga once a week and am very fatigued afterwards. What else should I be doing?

Start adding more protein to your diet and maybe try a personal trainer to learn how to lift weights to add muscle if you can or try looking on YouTube for work outs.1
