Not related to losing weight at all but I guess it wouldn't matter since this is called chit chat. Anyway, has any of the ladies on here tried biotin for hair growth? I've currently tried to take the 1000 mcg gummies but haven't really noticed a change. How has your experience witty them? I've heard they cause acne but I haven't really noticed an increase but I have had acne since I was around 13 due to pcos so maybe I have but haven't noticed.

I used to have very brittle hair and nails and dry skin so I tried biotin for a few years and didn't see any results. However, I started iron and vitamin D supplements after my doctor said I was deficient and saw immediate improvement in my hair, skin and nails... like night and day! I also take fish oil supplements and have seen further improvements, even shinier hair and very supple skin. My advice is make sure your doctor does comprehensive lab tests for any vitamin/mineral deficiencies and go from there
good luck!
