New to MFP, hopong that this time my diet and exercise pay off. Fingers crossed! :)

Sweta here.
Just to say I'm new to MFP, and 3 days of this app is already motivating me to keep at eating healthy. I need to lose around 8 to 10 kilos to be at a healthy weight, but I have a massive sweet tooth, and a tendency to become overtly giddy after losing some 2 or 3 kilos, making me chuck my diet plan into the drain, and eventually I regain the weight I lose and then some.hope to find someone who can keep me in line!
And it goes without saying, that I'd be happy to help anyone who needs some pushing and motivating.

    the only one who can keep you in line is YOU. you have to want to do this. you can have things you like just less of it. you can ask others to help maybe motivate you or whatever but it comes down to you.once you lose the weight you have to keep working at keeping the weight off.its a lifestyle change. good luck with everything. you can do anything you set your mind to.
