Food advice please:)

Good Morning Everyone,

I would love some advice on my last weeks meals and food diary please, I have just jumped back on the MFP wagon properly.
I have been weighing and logging all of my meals, most lunch and breakfast is done a day or more in advance and goes into the fridge until needed. Dinner is weighed and logged as I am cooking it.
I wear a fitbit and aim for 12k steps a day. About 6k of those I would get from the gym. As I work with my hands my fitbit goes in my pocket for most of the day.
I have been trying to eat back at least half of my exercise calories.
Id love some advice and thoughts on how others see my diary etc etc:)
