They have run/walk programmes to get you started and programmes to help you progress. Even though they put each exercise session on a certain day on the calendar, you can log you did the exercise, but on a different date so you can go at your own speed to complete the programme.
I've just completed the starter programme and can now run 20mins. Give it a go if you want to be able to run and/or improve.
