Finding a Vegan Diet & Exercise Balance

Hello everyone! My name is Annie, I'm 21, and I'm new to MFP. I decided to join because I have been a vegan for a year and thought I truly needed to see what I was putting into my body and whether I'm treating it kindly.
I was astonished when I realized that a lot of my lunches and dinners were between 200 to 300 calories (due to being on a vegan diet). I've always had a problem with binge eating, something I've struggled with for as long as I can remember. For the past few days, I've been avidly logging everything into MFP and making sure I get a good ratio of fats, proteins, and carbs. I'm happy to say that my urges to binge have almost been completely silenced and I believe it was because I was starving my body without knowing it and definitely not getting enough protein or fat in my diet.
It's only been a few days but I hope to see results in the near future. I'm relatively active--working out 4 to 5 days a week and I eat pretty clean as well. What has held me back for over half my life is binge eating. I hope that MFP will help me get to a normal healthy weight because I want to be strong. I want to be muscular and I'm done trying to obtain a skinny body when I know my body is not meant to be that way. My body is built to be muscular, something I've grown to love and appreciate.
After these few days, I feel good but I can't help feel anxiety that I'm eating too much and I'll end up gaining weight; however, that has always been a constant fear of mine and I'm learning to let it go slowly. I just hope MFP keeps me on tract and is correct as far as how many calories I'm allowed to eat and also my macros.
Anyways, I wanted to post to introduce myself and hopefully in turn keep me motivated to keep using MFP! I would love to hear anybody's tips and advice on wieghtloss!
Have a lovely day.
