My goal calories before I add exercize is 1500 when I add exercize that increases. But does that mean I should eat the new calorie goal or stick to my original 1500

Eat the new calorie goal. You need to fuel your exercise so you will lose weight in a healthy way.
Monitor your rate of loss for a few weeks and if you are losing slower or faster than your weekly goal adjust how many of your exercise calories you are eating back by 5-10% at a time.
Unfortunately the exercise calorie burn estimates by any device, or website is not 100% accurate.

You're supposed to eat the extra calories - but just be careful because sometimes the calorie estimates are way too high. I've seen crazy estimates like 30 minutes of walking burning 400 calories (in reality it's more like 160 calories). So maybe don't eat back all the exercise calories it gives you if they seem high for what activity you did.1

You are on the minimum recommended calories for a man - eat back your exercise calories to avoid having an excessive and counter-productive deficit.
If you prefer to eat the same calorie goal daily then set your calorie goal using a TDEE calculator not this site.
If you want guidance on best/better ways to estimate your exercise then say what your current routine is for suggestions.1 -
Sorry I don't get it. The objective I was told was to burn more calories than you consume if you are trying to lose some weight over a period of time with a specific training program. Based on my age, height, ... and a number of factors there's a range of daily calories I was told to stay within. I was working to that calorie (carb, sodium, ...) daily count, till the added nutrients were added but its not just extra calories which/that are added but also carbs, sodium, ...
There has to be a way to turn off the added calories to my constant daily target?
Many thanks ...0 -

MFP sets you up to lose weight without exercise, as you burn plenty of calories just by living and going about your day. When you exercise, you're burning more than MFP expects you to. In order to keep your deficit consistent and fuel your body, it's expected that you eat them back. Now, if you're following the TDEE method, exercise calories are already included so you wouldn't eat them back. In that case, you just wouldn't log them or log it as 1 calorie. The only way exercise calories can be turned off is if you purchase MFP Premium.2 -
@malibu927 - This is super helpful, thank you. This is a question I've had for quite a while and I wasn't sure of the assumption MFP was using. Thanks.0
