My peanut and tree nut allergic daughter eats these: https://www.amazon.com/Enjoy-Life-Mountain-Gluten-1-63-Ounce/dp/B008IYCGT8/ref=sr_1_2_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1476923631&sr=8-2&keywords=enjoy+life+seeds&th=1
Everything of this brand is peanut and tree nut free. There are also other flavors (but we like this one best) and it comes in different sized packages. So do a search on Amazon and look at all of them.0 -
Nuts aren't a really good source of protein, they're more a fat source.1
