My name is Todd and I'm from Georgia.
Back in the early 00s I used to do a lot of distance running and was in phenomenal shape. Of course, time caught up with me and I stopped running and started eating poorly. Because of this I ballooned to 240 pounds.
Earlier this year I decided it was time to get back in shape. I started running again with the help of a couch to 5K app. I also started watching what I eat with the help of the myfitnesspal app. Now I'm running 5-10 miles every other day and have gone from 240 pounds to 209 and still losing. Still need to get to around 165 pounds but I'm determined to make that a reality.
