Dumbbell exercises

Can you use only dumbells and still get pretty good results? Currently work out at home because it's more convenient for me within my schedule. I have a dumbbell set and EZ-curl bar. Wanted to know whether I can still get big with this results? Currently aiming to maintain/gain more lean muscle mass and try to shred body fat if that's possible. Any help
