    I have central air and still keep a window unit AC in my bedroom to keep the temperature at a constant 65-67 degrees. Makes me sleep like a baby. I usually sleep in a pair of boxer briefs if anything. I cannot and I repeat cannot stand to wear socks to bed. It drives me insane.

    With a child who has chronic asthma and sometimes needs to run in my room for help, I had to give up sleeping nude, so tight tank and short shorts for me.

    For years I wore an old T-shirt and shorts to bed, went through the nightie phase while married (they just ended up on the floor) and now I love sleeping in just my panties or completely nude. I sleep like a baby with no restrictions! Please tell me I'm not the only one who loves sleeping clothes less. What do you sleep in?

    You're evidently not the only one, being of the good majority who love sleeping less attired than some would confess, judging from the posts ahead of me on this thread OP :flowerforyou:
