Full Body Gym Workout Plan -- Anyone know a good one?

So, I can't afford a personal trainer (who can?).
And I really think that I would get more out of strength training in the gym if I had a list of exercises to tackle on each visit.
I have tried a few online free plans, but they all seem far too repetitive.
Anybody know of a good plan that they can recommend?

Here is a list of lifting programs - barbell, dumbbell, bodyweight.
Find one that suits your needs/goals.
The programs are repetitive in the sense that you do the same exercises but they are compound lifts, meaning they work multiple muscle groups rather than isolation lifts. And the goal is to progress in either weight or reps with them.3 -
