Hi everyone, my name is Scott from Gainesville, FL. I have been using MFP since June 1st of this year at the recommendation of my doctor. I am 52 years old. I am happy to report that I have lost 84.8 pounds since June 1st!!
Please add me as a friend if you would like, I think a long weight loss journey takes a multi-dimensional support group. I want to lose another 100 lbs and would like to trade motivation with others. I would be glad to share my 22 lb per month strategy for losing weight if people are interested.
